Aspire Wellbeing Council

We recently held our first Children’s Wellbeing Group and it was a real success!

The children had the chance to talk about what wellbeing means and why it’s important, all through fun games and interactive activities.

One of the activities involved creating short scripts and acting out different scenarios, helping the children explore how being kind to one another links back to our own wellbeing. It was a really positive experience and great to see everyone getting involved and learning together.
